If you are looking for a fun, high-intensity workout that will increase your flexibility and strength while burning fat, cardio kickboxing is the way to go. According to a study by the American Council on Exercise (ACE), cardio-kickboxing burns an average of 350 to 450 calories per hour.

Our program is a medium to high-impact cardiovascular workout that blends martial arts, boxing and aerobics into a 60 minute exercise routine. We also incorporate bag work, resistant training and floor exercises for a total cardio and toning program. You will not only burn calories but also lose inches when you combine it with sensible and healthy eating.

Cardio kickboxing classes begin with light stretches and a cardio warm up. This is followed by a series of repetitive punches, hand strikes, kicks and other self-defense moves centered around potent, motivating music. You will be using several muscle groups for a total body workout. To complete the workout floor exercises centered on the core to lift and tone are employed. Classes end with a cool down period with relaxing background music.
